🤳Navigating social media can feel like walking through a minefield when you're already struggling. The constant stream of curated perfection, arguments, and overwhelming news can worsen feelings of anxiety, loneliness, and inadequacy.

However, you can take these 6 steps to protect your mental health and reshape your online experience into something more manageable, or even supportive.

Taking control of your digital world is a powerful act of self-care.

Ever noticed how everything seems to crash when you’re close to burning out too? 😭

It’s almost funny how the world has a way of reminding you to pause, like your favorite online design tool suddenly going down right when you’re rushing to meet a deadline. You sigh, refresh the page, and feel that familiar frustration rise when you can’t open your files.

But maybe it’s not just that online design platform that needs a break. Maybe it’s you, too. 🫂

You’ve been showing up, pushing through, and holding it all together, even when your own system feels like it’s also going down. Yes, there’s still work to do, and responsibilities don’t disappear. But even in between tasks, remember that you’re allowed to take small pauses. A sip of water, a stretch, a breath that reminds you you’re more than your deadlines.

So while the app resets, maybe you can too, not out of laziness, but out of care for the one person keeping everything running: you. 🫶

(P.S. Canva balik ka na pls, hanggang screenshots lang kaya sa files 🥺🙏)

Healing unfolds at its own pace, and that's perfectly okay. Recovery is a journey, and every step forward is a testament to your strength 💪💚

Today we honor the resilience of every heart that has faced pain and continues to rise above it. You are not defined by your trauma; you are the courage and wisdom that emerges from it.

Happy World Teacher’s Day! 🥳💛

Remember the first time you didn’t know what to do at work, but then someone patiently showed you the way? 🥺

In every workplace, there are people who go beyond their roles: they teach, guide, and encourage you even when they don’t have to. They’re the mentors who share their wisdom, the coaches who push you to improve, and the role models who show you what growth really looks like.

Sometimes it’s in the big lessons that shape your career, and sometimes it’s in the smallest advice that stays with you forever. Either way, you carry a piece of their guidance in every step you take.

On World Teachers’ Day, let’s pause and honor the teachers we’ve found in the workplace. ✨

To every mentor, coach, and role model who took the time to guide us, you’ve shaped not just the work we do, but the people we’ve become. Thank you for making us braver, wiser, and better, one lesson at a time. 🫶

BE A FRIEND. NOT A BULLY.

Research shows that peers have an incredible power to stop harm. As we welcome Bullying Prevention Month, it matters that we know how we can be an advocate for preventing bullying.

An upstander is someone who actively chooses to intervene or support when witnessing bullying, rather than passively standing by. Unlike a bystander who observes without acting, an upstander takes courageous and thoughtful action to address the situation.

The Bystander Intervention Model provides a clear 5-step approach to help students become upstanders:
1. Notice the Event: Recognize bullying is happening.
2. Interpret It as a Problem: Determine if the behavior is harmful.
3. Feel Responsible: Understand personal role in addressing the issue.
4. Know What to Do: Plan a safe intervention strategy like distracting, speaking up, reporting, or supporting later.
5. Act: Take a step to intervene or support, even if small.

Encouraging students to be upstanders fosters civic responsibility, empathy, and leadership, contributing to a more supportive and safe school environment.
