Aalang sa mga nag edad 12 anyos hangtud 17 anyos gi kinahanglan ang tanan ginikanan/guardian nga pagaubanan ang inyong anak nga bakunahan.Magdala lamang ug isa sa mga mosunod nga documento sama sa:
-Birth Certificate sa Anak
-Baptismal Certificate sa anak
-ID sa ginikanan ug anak nga nagpamatood nga nag uban mao ang ginikanan or legal guardian sa batang bakunahan/tupukanan.

Kani nga aktibidad usa ka lakang nga ma sugpo ang Covid-19 ug preparasyon sa umaabot nga face to face classes.
Magdala usab ug pagkaon;tubig ug ballpen.

TIGNAN: Binigyang linaw ng Kagawaran ng Kalusugan ang kumakalat na litrato na di umano'y may magnet sa COVID-19 Vaccine. Pinaliwanag ng DOH na maaring ito ay sanhi ng oily susbtance sa balat ng tao. Sa kabila nito, mariin pa ring ipinapaalala ng DOH na hindi naglalaman ng magnet ang mga bakuna kontra COVID-19.
