When your mind is stretched thin, your schedule is packed, and your body is just trying to keep up - love can feel distant even when you’re right beside each other.

But intimacy isn't just about s*x. It's about checking in.
Soft conversations. Quiet moments.

➡️ Looking for small ways to feel close again? The Unprude App offers simple games designed to deepen connection.

Family reunions and office parties are meant to be spaces of warmth and joy. They do not have to be awkward gauntlets of boundary violation and social pressure.

Holiday gatherings should be spaces of connection, rooted in care, consent, and comfort — never forced.

We believe in open, respectful conversations that educate, protect, and normalize. But the rise of “no-filter” podcasts blurs the line between sharing and exploiting.

Gossip doesn’t normalize s*x—it sensationalizes it. And shows like this turn intimacy into content.

If we’re going to talk about s*x, let’s do it with intention: to educate, empower, and respect.
That is the kind of conversation that builds a healthier society.

Sexual shame often starts at home — not because parents don’t care, but because they weren’t taught any better. When parents carry silence or misinformation, their children end up inheriting it, and that cycle follows them into their relationships and communities.

But it doesn’t have to.

Sexually respectful communities begin with parents — having open, shame-free conversations, welcoming curiosity, and teaching boundaries with clarity and compassion.

We all have a part to play in creating a VAW-free world. And we can start with how we listen, how we protect, and how we demand better for the safety of women and girls everywhere. This is the work of justice—and it belongs to all of us.

This VAW Free Week, we choose action.

“Stranger danger” doesn’t tell the full story. Most abuse actually comes from people kids already know — not strangers.

The best protection isn’t fear — it’s giving them the skills to set boundaries, say no, trust their instincts, and know who safe adults are.

Children who feel empowered and understood are the ones who stay truly safe.

What do you do when you catch your child ma********ng?

It’s more common than you think — and it’s usually about comfort or curiosity, not necessarily s*xuality.

Don’t ignore the situation. Start by checking if they even understand what they’re doing. Then, talk to them calmly and take this opportunity to teach them boundaries and privacy.

Remember — respond with guidance, never shame.
