Common Ear Procedures
Ear Tube Insertion (Tympanostomy): Placing tiny tubes in eardrums for ventilation.
Stapedectomy: Replacing the stapes bone to treat hearing loss.
Myringoplasty/Tympanoplasty: Repairing a perforated eardrum.
Otoplasty: Ear pinning or reconstruction.
Common Nose & Sinus Procedures
Septoplasty: Straightening a deviated septum for better breathing.
Sinus Surgery (Endoscopic): Clearing blocked sinuses.
Turbinate Surgery: Reducing enlarged nasal turbinates.
Nasal Cautery: Stopping nosebleeds (epistaxis).
Common Throat & Neck Procedures
Tonsillectomy/Adenoidectomy (T&A): Removing tonsils/adenoids, often for sleep apnea or recurrent infections.
Laryngoscopy/Microlaryngoscopy: Examining the voice box, often with biopsy.

EAR INFECTION-
-Avoid exposure to cigarette smoke.
-Keep children's immunization up to date.
-Do not remove earwax unless your physician tells to.

SINUS INFECTION-
-Use a saline nasal spray to keep your nasal passages clear.
-Identify and treat allergies.

SORE THROAT-
-Get plenty of rest and exercise to strengthen immune system.
-Avoid exposure to cigarette smoke.
-Do not spend long periods of time outside when the air quality in your area is poor.
-Treat esophageal reflux.
