The Local Government Unit of Malay through the Municipal Health Office in partnership with the Department of Health (DOH), Barangay Council of Manocmanoc, and our dedicated frontliners for health proudly announces the successful launching of the Purok Kalusugan Program — a community-based initiative that brings essential health services closer to every household.

The activity was made possible through the leadership and strong support of our Local Chief Executive, Hon. S. Bautista, Department of Health (DOH) represented by Sir Robby Bastareche, DMO IV, our Municipal Health Officer Dr. Cahilig Magdamit , Brgy Council of Manocmanoc through the leadership of PB Delos Santos, Kons Ernesto Bandiola Cruz , MDRRMO, PRC Boracay, PNRC Aklan, CSTH, MMH, PNP, PCG, BFP, PF and stakeholders wherein our commitment to community health continues to strengthen local health programs, health care services, disease prevention and community participation

This milestone strengthens our commitment to preventive and promotive health care in the community. Highlights of the launching include:

In observance of World Polio Day, the Rotary Club of Boracay Island, in close coordination with the Malay Municipal Health Office, is proud to host a FREE and SAFE Polio Vaccination Drive.

This is our collective step towards a healthier, safer future for our children and our entire community.

Represented by 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗕𝗛𝗪 𝗣𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗝𝘂𝘃𝘆 𝗩. 𝗭𝗼𝗻𝗶𝗼 and 𝗠𝗮𝗹𝗮𝘆 𝗠𝗛𝗢 𝗡𝘂𝗿𝘀𝗲 𝗠𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗹 𝗝𝗼𝘆 𝗧. 𝗧𝗮𝘆𝗰𝗼, Malay was recognized for its 100% compliance with BHW Connect, placing the municipality as the 5th in the Province of Aklan to attain such a milestone.
