Tips to make baby move:

👉 1. Eat or Drink Something Sweet: Babies often respond to changes in blood sugar. Having a small snack, like fruit, or sipping on fruit juice can give your baby an energy boost and make them more active.

👉 2. Make Some Noise: Your baby’s hearing develops around the second trimester. Talking, singing, or playing gentle music near your belly may catch their attention and encourage a little wiggle or kick.

👉 3. Change Your Position: If you’ve been sitting for a while, try lying on your side — especially the left side. Changing positions increases blood flow and may prompt your baby to adjust, resulting in movements.

👉 4. Gentle Nudging: A light tap or rub on your belly can sometimes stimulate your baby. It’s like a little reminder to your baby that you’re there — and many moms notice a response!

👉 5. Do Some Moderate Exercise: Simple activities like walking, light stretching, or prenatal yoga can gently rock your baby. When you stop and rest afterward, babies often become more active.

👉 6. Shine a Flashlight: Babies can sense light through the womb. Placing a flashlight on your belly (for just a short time) may spark curiosity and encourage your baby to shift around.
