Every organization is shaped by the people who quietly show up, day after day, and give their best without seeking recognition. Last January 29, OCS Philippines formally recognized a group of valued employees who have reached a meaningful milestone, retirement after years of dedicated service.

Their combined tenure represents decades of quiet reliability, discipline, and professionalism. In their respective roles, they consistently upheld OCS standards, supported daily operations, and contributed to a culture built on trust and accountability. Their work may not always have been in the spotlight, but it was always essential.

This recognition was a simple but sincere expression of gratitude for careers marked by loyalty and hard work. As they transition into retirement, we thank them for the legacy they leave behind and the example they set for those who continue the work.

The OCS Philippines January 2026 Monthly Bash marked a positive start to the year, bringing everyone together in gratitude and shared purpose. The celebration honored six retirees from different OCS sites, recognizing their years of dedication and valuable contributions to the organization.

The event also featured the awarding of the first True Star for 2026, recognizing a team member who demonstrated Trust in action. Important discussions on employee relations and understanding diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workplace reinforced OCS’s commitment to a respectful and inclusive culture. We also welcomed new employees to the OCS family and celebrated our December 2025 celebrants along with January 2026 birthday celebrants.

As we welcome 2026, we carry forward the lessons and achievements of last year while preparing for new goals, challenges, and hard work ahead. Together, OCS Philippines looks forward to another year of collaboration, growth, and success. ✨

The OCS Philippines Holiday Glam Christmas Party 2025, held on December 14 at Chardonnay by Astoria, brought colleagues together to celebrate the season of Christmas and the unity that defines the organization. 🎄

Managing Director Sir Phillip Carter opened the program by thanking employees for their dedication and reaffirming the collective effort that drives OCS Philippines forward.

The evening recognized individuals and teams who exemplify the OCS way, with Service Awards for the Admin Team’s 10 and 25 years of service, recognition for the ISO Audit Team, the TRUE Star Award 2025 awarded to a site-based employee, and the Managing Director’s Choice Award presented to a member of the Human Resource team.

The celebration came alive with department performances, games, and raffle draws, with the HSE team emerging as the sole performance winner. The Holiday Glam theme was capped with Best Dressed awards for both male and female.

The night concluded with a toast by COO Mario Pagatpatan and Sir Phillip Carter, thanking everyone for their commitment and teamwork. More than a year-end celebration, the event reflected camaraderie, gratitude, and the true Christmas spirit at OCS Philippines. ✨🎄

OCS Philippines has been recommended for ISO 45001:2018 certification following the completion of its external audit.

The audit confirmed that the Occupational Health and Safety Management System meets the requirements of the standard and is operating effectively to achieve its intended outcomes. The assessment verified that a structured approach is in place to identify and manage occupational health and safety risks, meet legal and regulatory obligations, and prevent work-related injury and ill health.

Assessors also noted defined leadership oversight, workforce participation, operational controls, and processes for continual improvement across operations.

The outcome confirms that occupational health and safety systems across OCS Philippines are implemented and maintained in accordance with international standards.

OCS Philippines gathered for its combined October and November Townhall and Monthly Bash, beginning with a holy mass and the blessing of the new Operations Office. The team then came together for a shared meal before moving into the main program.

This month’s safety talk focused on hypertension, highlighting the importance of early awareness and practical steps colleagues can take to support their health. The discussion reinforced OCS’ focus on maintaining safe and healthy workplaces.

The program also welcomed new colleagues and celebrated the birthday celebrants for October and November, strengthening connection across teams.

A highlight of the event was the recognition of two OCS True Star awardees, whose actions demonstrated the values of Trust and Unity. Their honesty, leadership and consistent reliability reflect the behaviors that strengthen our culture and positively impact the people and customers we support.

The townhall also discussed the launch of the 12 Days of Sustainable Christmas activity in the office, which will begin on December 1 and encourage meaningful, sustainability-focused participation across the team.

The gathering concluded with a surprise celebration of International Men’s Day, where male colleagues received a small token and joined a fun raffle that awarded three complimentary haircuts.

The event brought together updates, recognition and shared moments that continue to build a strong and connected OCS community. 🧡✨
