The HLT PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES was established in 1992 as one of the psychiatric and psychological centers in Metro Manila. This was in response to the demand of friends in the business as those in the medical field for a neuro-psychiatric psychological service center that could provide reliable and credible examinations and evaluations to their clients. The HLT PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES is involved in the field of tests and measurements that includes psycho-diagnostic evaluation of referrals from courts, psychiatrists, schools, police, jail and fire institutions, marital counseling for couples and career counseling.
