WE’RE HIRING: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

We’re looking for an Operations Coordinator who excels behind the scenes someone organized, dependable, and proactive in keeping projects on track through strong systems and follow-through.

What You’ll Do (Training Provided):
• Prepare and finalize regulatory documents (DOH, PhilHealth, FDA, DENR, etc.)
• Format and organize MOAs, compliance letters, and internal templates
• Manage Google Drive folders, file naming, and document readiness
• Print and compile files and materials for field teams
• Coordinate supplier orders, deliveries, and basic maintenance scheduling
• Support Client Success & Systems Coordinators (CSSCs) with backend requirements
• Track deliverables and ensure no delays due to missing documents or supplies

Who We’re Looking For:
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in administrative, operations, or coordination roles
• Comfortable working with systems, checklists, and deadlines
• Willing to learn healthcare compliance and clinic setup processes
• Bonus (not required): Familiarity with DOH, PhilHealth, or clinic operations
