Hypertension--are you at risk?

Hypertension, or high blood/alta presyon, must be controlled because it can lead to serious complications. What makes a person predisposed to hypertension? Here are the uncontrollable risk factors:
- genes (having it in the family)
- age (the older you are the higher the risk)
- s*x (more common in men and in post menopausal women)

If you have all of those risk factors, you should be aware of the things you can do to help lower your risks:

What is Gonorrhea? 🦠

E-CIGARETTES CAN CAUSE HEART ATTACKS, STROKES - WHO MANILA, Philippines - The World Health Organization (WHO) warned that the use of electronic ci******es or e-ci******es could trigger heart attack, stroke and hypertension.

Susan Mercado, director for Building Healthy Communities and Populations at the WHO Western Pacific Region Office, said e-ci******es contain "pure ni****ne" that could lead to fatal and debilitating conditions.

"The action of e-ci******es is based on constriction. It makes your blood vessels constrict, depending on the amount you are taking... We don't know how much ni****ne you get from inhaling e-ci******es," she said in a press briefing.
