NO OIL
Itโs been years already since I last used oil in cooking, since then I never buy oil except for my hairโฆ ๐
If you want to lower down your lipids, start learning how to steam, boil and fry without oil.
You donโt need to remove the carbs too, your body needs it. I learned how to eat a substitute for carbs like our infamous โkamoteโ or oats which are packed with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, and fiber. Replacing white rice to brown or purple rice is a healthier option too.
I also use tofu, flax seeds, chia seeds, quinoa, mushrooms, garbanzos, peas, lentils and grains, some nuts and every whole vegetable and fruit that you can find in the market. I eat them raw, steamed or boiled.
I have a bunch of herbs and spices in my kitchen that I play around with to add yummy flavors, better than adding too much salt.
I learned to eat โsiliโ too to increase my metabolism.
Your lipids wonโt be reduced if you donโt change your habits, the drug that you are taking will not be tapered if your side dish is always chicharon, fats fried from fatsโฆ
Everything can be learned. Itโs always your choice to be healthy.
