💧💧💧Lavender : floral aroma and refreshing minty undertone.

Someone is bugging me to make this blend,because just the another night we run out of it. So here it is, a throat spray that has been tried and tested recipe for our family. No more Bactidol or Kamilosan spray needed.

Scartchy Throat? Try this Do It Yourself Throat Spray recipe👎

Ingredients:
5 drops Thieves
6 drops Peppermint
5 drops Lemon

Since its mainly water and essential oils, we can add another ingredient that will act as emulsifier; You can choose one among the three down below

Salt: any type of salt, a pinch will do
Vodka: it has painkilling property too, 1 teaspoon
Honey: 1 teaspoon

In a 15ml bottle, add emulsifier of your choice then essential oil and lastly fill in with filtered water. Shake well and spritz throat 2-3x a day or as often as needed.

Every 1st week of the month I usually make my DIY products for use throughout the month. I have slowly but surely ditching toxic products and switching to toxin free products for the family. Have to redo and change the formula every now and then to come up to something that would suit everyone in the house. Goodbye over the counter floor cleaners, lysol and commercial shampoo and bodywash. Praying that these benefits will not just happen in our home but in you family as well,may you find something useful to use in the house but will not harm your health as well. As a saying goes " Health is Wealth".

This EO's have always been in our nightstand.

Lavender: Not just in our nightstand but also we bring this anywhere we go. This is not just good for adults but for kids as well. I used as massage for my 2 years old daughter before bedtime. When things get rough, a sniffle in a bottle will help you feel calm. The same oil we use when someone got some boo boo(wounds) as how my daughter would call it as it dries up easily.

Stress Away: From the label itself, help relieve everyday stress and tension that promotes better sleep at night and live a healthier and happy life. My husband favorite as of the moment, well there so much oils he says his favorite from time to time😂

Was able to snatched ME time decluttering used EO bottles.Nakakarelaks din ito like making blends🤭. Lakas maka Tita happiness😂. Etong mga used bottles ay ibababad ko sa epsom salt for the next few days and will be use for foot or bath detox. This is good, both for children and adults. I personally used this kay Elisha at least once or twice a month. See below recipe⏬
1-2 cups infused EO epsom salt
5-10 drops of your favorite essential oils(optional)

I usually used Lavender +Eucalyptus+Orange for all of us. Lakas makahappy vibes after bath👌.

Recently nung ngkaubo si Elisha tried bath detox + EO for respiratory and based on our experience nakatulong sya, among our oil protocools for respiratory concern. She was back to normal after a few days.Thank God for His healing no need na for cetirizine or antibiotics🙏.

This is one of my favorite roller blend recipe.
My pain go away blend, especially if you are staying in front of your laptop/computer and even cellphone for quiet long. Back pain, headeache, stiff shoulder among others are some of the usual pains we experienced. But thank God for these tiny little bottles I was able to ditch using over the counter medicines and ointments. Goodbye katinko, efficasents & mefenamic acid and switch to a more natural and organic products to use daily.

This works for me but not necessarily will do the same for you but there is no harm in trying is it?
