PainFree goes to Malolos, Bulacan...

The Community-based Rehabilitation Program in the Philippines aims to empower barangay health workers with the necessary knowledge and skills to provide effective pain management services to their communities. One of the key components of this program is the training of barangay health workers in PainFree Taping Techniques.

PainFree Taping Techniques is a method of using inelastic tape to alleviate pain and improve function in individuals with musculoskeletal conditions. The tape is applied to the skin in specific patterns, with the goal of providing support and stability to the affected area, reducing inflammation and pain.

PainFree Management and Consulting, Inc., under the DOST - PCHRD Grant, in collaboration with the Philippine Physical Therapy Association held its second batch of the Level 1 PainFree Practitioner Training Course last December 9, 2022 at the Metropolitan Medical Center in Manila, Philippines.

The third/final batch of this course is scheduled on January 21, 2023 in UST, España, Manila.

Our 1st Tape Your Pain Away Event this year in Brgy. Bulihan Malolos, Bulacan!

Held last 1/14/2023 where we conducted our usual community outreach program for the PainFree Foundation together with the Crossover to Christ Harvest Church in cooperation with Kap. Cris DC. De Jesus and the Sanguniang Barangay ng Bulihan.

We had the opportunity to give free treatment using the PainFree Taping and PainFree Release Techniques and provided training to their Barangay Health Workers of basic PainFree Techniques.

Every year-end celebration, we tend remember our experiences from that particular year, victories and struggles alike.
