The emergence of crowdfunding activities in the Philippines in recent years now valued to millions has compelled the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to craft rules and regulations that will govern them. In fact SEC announced last December that it is set to release a draft. I am knocking at your kind hearts to please help me raise a fund for the needed operation. I could not see my mother suffer in discomfort and pain, and possibly not be able to walk again while I do nothing. I would do everything to bring back the smile on her face and move free of pain and worries.
