Unplug and Recharge
Sometimes we simply
need to unplug
and recharge.
In a world moving at relentless pace,
quiet is not a luxury,
it is a necessity.
In these moments,
it is necessary to step quietly away
from the hum of obligations,
from the endless demands
and simply breathe.
To sit in stillness,
to feel the rise and fall
of our own heartbeat,
to be present with ourselves.
These small acts refill
the parts of us
that get lost
in the noise.
In the pause,
we remember who we are
and gather the energy
to face the world once again.
