Sa mga panahong puno ng pagsubok, ang bawat caregiver ay may kuwento ng sakripisyo, pagod, at pag-aalala. Kaya naman, kami sa UST Hospital Department of Family and Community Medicine, sa pakikipagtulungan ng USTH Health Service Unit, ay nag-aanyaya sa inyong lahat na makiisa sa aming online forum ngayong Nobyembre: "Dear HSU: Hear, Share, Understand."

Ang layunin ng forum na ito ay magbigay-pagkakataon upang magbahagi ng mga kuwento tungkol sa pag-aalaga, pagod, at ang kahalagahan ng pahinga. Tatalakayin din ang mga solusyon at suporta para sa mga caregiver upang maiwasan ang burnout at mapanatili ang kanilang kalusugan at kapakanan.
