Together, we take one step closer to a healthier and more informed community. ☀️

On November 16, 2025, the UST Medical Technology Society and Organization of Medical Technology Interns held MT LABS GABAY: A Dengue Prevention Campaign from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM at San Lorenzo Ruiz and Companion Martyrs Parish, Navotas City.

Through a series of informational sessions, demonstrations, and community engagement activities, the event highlighted the importance of dengue awareness, symptom recognition, and eliminating mosquito-breeding sites as vital steps in protecting families and communities. 🦟

Just as stories of resilience inspire us, this campaign encouraged participants to take an active role in promoting health, safety, and disease prevention within their surroundings. Let's build a safer, more informed philippines, one campaign at a time.

Entry #11: “Dear Diary, today I learned that there’s no better time than now to make a difference.” 📝✨

Today’s spotlight falls on Marc Aaron Diño, our Secretary and one of the Project Heads of MT LABS - GABAY: A Dengue Prevention Campaign. Just like a page straight out of Dork Diaries, his journey is full of energy, little victories, and memorable moments. From coordinating the team to sharing ideas and seeing plans come together, Marc showed that making a difference can be fun, inspiring, and rewarding all at once. 💡📌

Similar to how Nikki and her friends faced their battles, Marc and the team faced theirs. Through it all, he reminded everyone that behind every organized project is a story – one of teamwork, purpose, and the shared mission to promote protection over infection.🦟

RE: Bacteriology Demonstration Day and Practical Exam Schedule

TO: All 3rd Year Medical Technology Students

Please be informed of the following important updates.

Demonstration Day for all experiments will be held tomorrow, November 29, 2025, Saturday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

The deadline for the submission of stool, water, HPC, and food microbiology unknown samples will also be tomorrow. Kindly coordinate with the respective lab instructors regarding the submission process. No extension will be granted.

The Moving Practical Exam will be 60 points, comprehensive, with 3 questions per station. Each student will have 1 minute and 15 seconds per station. Forms will be provided during the practical exam. The schedule of the Practical Exam will be held during regular classes on Monday, Tuesday, and Friday (December 1, 2, and 5, 2025).

For any questions or concerns, you may contact your instructors or the Medical Technology Society.

Please be guided accordingly.
