Madalas tanungin si Lester ng ganyan ng mga friends nya.
At simple lang ang sagot niya:

For years, ang daming sabay-sabay na nangyayari sa buhay niya,
12-hour shifts, constant stress, injuries,
at kung anu-anong bagay na hindi niya mahawakan.
Everything around him felt wild and unpredictable.
Pero may isang bagay na kaya niyang kontrolin:

magkakaroon ako ng clarity para ayusin โyung iba.โ

Mas naging malinaw na sa kanya kung paano aalagaan ang katawan niya,
hindi na siya nagpa-panic about what to do,
at nagkaroon na siya ng inner calm na matagal niyang hinahanap.
Sa journey nya, hindi lang effective fitness program ang nakuha nyaโฆ
kundi understanding.
