olA few years ago, I made a shift 👉 I decided that life was happening for me, not against me.
The inspiration comes from an old Chinese tale, The Beautiful Mare and the boy who gave thanks, retold by my friend Dr. Marc Cohen.
Here’s the truth: I don’t really know if things happen for me or against me. Events simply… happen. But what I do next? That’s always my responsibility.
In the past, I was stuck in a victim mindset. I needed perpetrators, I needed others to feel sorry for me. But when I decided I was done with that, everything shifted.
Now, when something happens, I don’t get trapped in “is this good or bad?”
💪 If I can’t change it, I acknowledge it.
🔥 And then I take action.
When my partner kissed someone else, I felt the anger fully… but then I asked myself: “What’s the next step? Can something good come from this?”
This simple way of relating to reality has been deeply consoling for me.

You can change your mind... It’s easy, just breathe!

You can do more than you think you can! You are the one you have been waiting for!

Science shows now that we can reprogram our subconscious by creating new healthy habits, understanding our limited beliefs - I am not good enough, I don’t deserve to be loved, to succeed - and turning them into positive mantras that repeated enough can create new circuits in the brain. The brain does not know the difference between the past, the present and the future so when you say to yourselves “God I am good looking”, that is what you will project. The challenge is to imprint it in your subconscious.

That’s when a daily breathwork routine comes in. What i teach is a practical set of tools to incorporate in your daily life to change your mind. Different breathing techniques, extremities exposure and full cold or ice bath to experience fear and pain in a controlled environment. Fear and pain are just signals, up to you to decide what to do once you receive the signal.

My intention is to empower you so you wake up every morning knowing what to do to change your life and live it fully.
