22 people and an unconventional space: A startup office where we moved the desks, laid down on the floor… and breathed 🤍
What unfolded was beautiful. Open hearts, honest sharing and a closing circle that many of them had never experienced before, especially in the middle of their “Parisian life” 🏙️
I love bringing this medicine to places where it’s not expected, not only in Bali 🌴 but into real, everyday environments.
Even more special: facilitating alongside my best friend Guy 🤍who is now facilitating beautiful spaces in Portugal 🇵🇹✨

Week 2 of the Facilitator Training ✨

This week is an invitation into curiosity and compassion for our wounded parts ❤️‍🩹

Not to fix them. Not to bypass them. But to meet them with presence, honesty, and softness.

By now, a strong field of vulnerability and authenticity has been woven. A space where hidden parts feel safe enough to come forward, where truth can be spoken without performance, where masks gently fall away.

At the same time, participants are stepping into facilitation: guiding Breathwork, circling, and ice baths 🧊 for one another.

Learning not only how to hold space, but who they are while holding it.

One of the secrets of this method:
✨ Transformation deepens when you become the giver, not only the receiver ✨

In serving others, they meet themselves, in holding others, they learn to trust their own capacity, in guiding, they integrate.

This is where embodiment begins. This is where facilitators are born 🙌🏼

You can change your mind... It’s easy, just breathe!

You can do more than you think you can! You are the one you have been waiting for!

Science shows now that we can reprogram our subconscious by creating new healthy habits, understanding our limited beliefs - I am not good enough, I don’t deserve to be loved, to succeed - and turning them into positive mantras that repeated enough can create new circuits in the brain. The brain does not know the difference between the past, the present and the future so when you say to yourselves “God I am good looking”, that is what you will project. The challenge is to imprint it in your subconscious.

That’s when a daily breathwork routine comes in. What i teach is a practical set of tools to incorporate in your daily life to change your mind. Different breathing techniques, extremities exposure and full cold or ice bath to experience fear and pain in a controlled environment. Fear and pain are just signals, up to you to decide what to do once you receive the signal.

My intention is to empower you so you wake up every morning knowing what to do to change your life and live it fully.
