How can you use oils around your kids?
• Diffuse!
• Put a few drops in your kids’ hands, have them cup their nose, and slowly inhale while taking slow, deep breaths.
• Apply to their wrists, back of the neck, and along the spine for an aromatic boost throughout the day.
• Apply a few drops to their diffuser jewelry of choice.
• Add 2-3 drops to cotton balls and place them around your home.
• Make a linen spray or bedroom mist by mixing essential oils and water in a glass spray bottle.

As the year comes to an end, take some time to reflect. Dedicate a few minutes of stillness as you think about what you have overcome and what lies ahead. This guided reflection uses five essential oil blends, each which a unique aroma for your practice. Grab these oils along with a notebook and head over to a quiet corner!

1. Celebrate. Whether big or small, YOU have accomplished things this year. Start your reflection with celebration for your growth and for simply tackling each day. Place a drop of Joy essential oil on your heart and write down your personal celebrations.

2. Release. Before you manifest and plan for a bright new year, it’s important to release anything that is not serving you. Massage a drop of Release on your liver. Are you holding tension in your body? Mindfully try to release it as you take a deep inhale and exhale. Next, ask yourself these questions: what limiting beliefs did I face this year? what energy or pattern do I need to leave behind?

3. Inspire. It’s time to inspire clarity and vision. Add a drop of Envision to the palms of your hands, rub them together, and hold them up to your nose and inhale. Then jot down a few goals you would like to accomplish (you can revisit this part later if you need more time to plan your goals)!

4. Attract. Invite the energy of prosperity and plentitude with Abundance essential oil. Apply a drop in the palms of your hands or on your neck and temples. Then write down a few positive affirmations e.g. “I am a magnet for abundance” or “I attract positive people and experiences in my life.” Did you know? 5. Transform. Finish your reflection with uplifting thoughts for the future that lies ahead. Whether you want to soak in a luxurious bath after a long day or make a fun and easy DIY gift, embrace the elegance of bath salts—infused with soothing scents! These luxurious salts are just as easy to make as they are to use! Ditch store-bought versions with harsh chemicals and boost your homemade bath salt blends by adding your own signature scent and extra decoration!

What you’ll need:
• 1 ½ cup Epsom salt
• ½ cup Himalayan pink salt
• 1/4 cup baking soda
• Around 8-10 drops of essential oils total. You can add more drops if you want a stronger scent.
• Feel free to add dried herbs or flowers, or a citrus zest for extra decoration.
• Bottles or jars with tight lids

Instructions:
1. Place salt, Epsom salt, and baking soda in a bowl.
2. Mix in essential oils.
3. Add in your extras—dried lavender petals, herbs, or citrus zest.
4. Combine all ingredients together in a jar with a tight seal and store for your next luxurious bath or gift!
