Sa pagsisimula ng Taong Panuuran 2023-2024, ang NU SAGA ay magpapatuloy at mananatiling ilaw na makulay kagaya ng isang bahaghari na may tema na โœจ๐—ฃ๐—”๐—Ÿ๐—”๐—ฆ๐—”๐—ฅ๐—œ: ๐—ฃ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฎ ๐˜€๐—ฎ ๐—Ÿ๐—ฎ๐—ต๐—ฎ๐˜ ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ž๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ถ๐—ฎ๐—ป.โœจ Ito ay may layunin na isulong ang pagbuo ng isang sistema na mayroong ligtas na espasyo para sa lahat. Kasama na rito ang pagbibigay ng pantay na oportunidad at kalayaan ng ekspresyon ng sarili na walang naiiwan at nahuhuli, anuman ang kanilang kasarian at pagkakakilanlan. Para sa amin, LAHAT KASAMA at KASAMA LAHAT para sa pagbuo ng isang lipunang may pagmamahal at pagtanggap sa bawat isa. Bilang isang organisasyon na patuloy na nagsusulong ng mga adbokasiya, kami ay hindi hihinto at patuloy na lalahok, bubuo at magtataguyod ng ibaโ€™t ibang progresibo at inklusibong aktibidad sa loob ng paaralan maging sa labas, kasama ang iba't ibang organisasyon upang pag-ibayuhin ang kamalayan at patuloy na wakasan ang stigma at diskriminasyon sa komunidad. Kaya naman, ang NU SAGA ay patuloy na tutugon at magbibigay ng espasyo patungo sa isang inklusibong lipunan na may pagtanggap, pagmamalasakit, at pagmamahal sa lahat. This February 25 we celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the 1986 EDSA People Power Revolution which marked a historic moment when millions of Filipinos united to reclaim our democratic rights through their shared courage and faith and hope.

EDSA shows us that genuine power exists in the united voice of the people rather than in military strength. The country demonstrated its ability to achieve change through its citizens' commitment to peaceful protests and their consistent support for one another.

As we honor the bravery of those who marched along EDSA, may we continue to uphold truth, justice, and freedom in our generation. The spirit of People Power lives on through our democratic protection because of our choices and our voices.
