On October 3, 2025, we witnessed an incredible showcase of talent from the PWU Hospitality Management students! From beautifully crafted dishes, desserts, appetizers, and refreshing mocktails, to elegant table napkin presentations and an exciting waiterโ€™s relay, their passion, creativity, and teamwork truly shone in every detail. ๐Ÿฝ๏ธ๐Ÿน๐Ÿฅ‚

We also had the pleasure of learning from Chef Roland during his chocolate demo, where he shared the sweet fundamentals of swiss chocolate. And who could forget the amazing flair performance by Sir Paulo that had us all captivated? ๐Ÿ”ฅ

It is indeed a successful event for this department and the Council of the Hospitality Management Students are delighted to have all the participants partake.

It is indeed a successful event that the department has proudly showcased, highlighting the talent, creativity, and dedication of our Hospitality Management students!
