By virtue of 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐇𝐊𝐑𝐅𝐍 𝐁𝐨𝐚𝐫𝐝 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐍𝐨. 011 and 012, Series of 2026, the 𝐇𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐧 𝐊𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜𝐬 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡 𝐅𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐨𝐰𝐬𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐍𝐞𝐭𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐨𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐬 (𝐏𝐡𝐢𝐥𝐇𝐊𝐑𝐅𝐍), 𝐈𝐧𝐜. formally announces the appointment of 𝐇𝐎𝐍. 𝐑𝐄𝐈𝐋 𝐕𝐈𝐍𝐀𝐑𝐃 𝐒. 𝐄𝐒𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐎, 𝐏𝐡𝐃, as 𝑴𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓-𝒂𝒕-𝑳𝒂𝒓𝒈𝒆 (𝑳𝒖𝒛𝒐𝒏).

Board Resolution No. 011, Series of 2026 formally created an additional Member-at-Large position to strengthen regional representation and broaden strategic participation within the Governing Board.

Subsequently, Board Resolution No. 012, Series of 2026 confirmed the appointment of the Member-at-Large following due deliberation and approval by the Governing Board.

This structural expansion enhances balanced regional representation, institutional collaboration, and collective leadership in advancing Human Kinetics research nationwide.
