Children (0-10 yrs old) are invited to play, read, imagine and learn in Little Heroes Playhouse. Parents or adult companions must see to it that they abide by the following Rules and Regulations for the safety and convenience of everyone. Signing below confirms that the guest has fully read and understood the Rules and Regulations and agrees to adhere to them. Children under six (6) years of age must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible person at least eighteen (18) years of age. The playhouse is a playroom. We are not equipped nor trained to be a daycare facility.
2. Adult companions are responsible for their wards and should make sure that their wards fully comply with the Rules and Regulations.
3. Children who wish to play in the premises are expected to be in good health and do not suffer from any medical condition that may affect his/her ability to use the playroom's facilities. Play Patrols (Little Heroes Playroom staff) are instructed to refuse admission to those deemed to be physically unfit, medically ill and/or afflicted with infectious diseases which may impair the welfare and safety of other guests.
4. For hygienic purposes, all guests entering the play area are required to wear socks and to store their footwear in the shoe rack near the counter. Going barefoot is strictly not allowed. Socks can be purchased for a minimal fee.
5. Sharp, bladed and pointed objects are forbidden within the premises.
6. Play Patrols are always present and ready to assist the children and adult companions. All children and their adult companions are expected to listen to and heed the instructions and warnings of the Play Patrols as these are issued for the safety of all participants.
7. Parents/companions are expected to mind their language and behavior while inside the playroom. Loud conversation, shouting and rude/vulgar language will not be tolerated. Sleeping is also not allowed in the waiting area.
8. In the interest of hygiene and sanitation, cleanliness is expected at all times. Adult supervisors are expected to help the children in observing basic rules of cleanliness and orderliness. Littering, spitting and leaving trash in the playroom are not allowed.
9. Little Heroes' play equipment, books and toys may not be taken outside the play area at any time. In addition, bringing of personal toys and play equipment into the playhouse is not allowed to avoid confusion. Any damage to the toys, play equipment and books shall be amicably settled by the parent or guardian of the child with the playhouse management.
10. The management and staff of Little Heroes Playhouse will not be held liable or accountable for any loss or damage to personal property brought inside the premises. Due to limited storage space, bringing in bulky and valuable items is disallowed
11. The playroom is a fun place for all but there may also be inherent risks involved such as, but not limited to, falls, bumps, collisions, etc., and as such may result in injuries such as bruises, sprains, scrapes, concussions, unconsciousness, and the like. Little Heroes Playroom is not liable for any untoward accident or injury that may result from any of these circumstances nor are any of its staff liable in any way, shape or form, either directly or through Third Party claims.
