Minerals: Spirulina contains essential minerals such as iron, magnesium, calcium, potassium, and zinc.
Antioxidants: It has potent antioxidant properties, primarily due to a compound called phycocyanin, which also gives spirulina its blue-green color.
Essential Fatty Acids: Spirulina contains gamma-linolenic acid (GLA) and omega-3 fatty acids.
