A cheerful hello to all my beautiful mommies this Christmas season! 🌸🎄

For the first three weeks of December, our clinic schedule will remain steady and uninterrupted — no scheduled leave, and consultations will continue as usual. 🤩 I’m keeping the month as open as possible so I can care for each of you during this busy season. ✨

Please note that while the schedule is set, there may be sudden changes anytime if I need to attend to a mom who’s already in labor. 🤰🏻Kapag turn na nila to deliver, syempre priority po sila — and when your time comes, kayo rin ang uunahin ko. 😌

For the last two weeks of December, there will be some adjustments due to the holidays. 🎉 But don’t worry — if you go into labor during the holiday break, I will still personally attend to you. Clinic schedule lang ang may changes, never the care you will receive. 🥹

Thank you for welcoming December with so much joy, warmth, and understanding. Your trust keeps my heart full, and it’s always an honor to journey with you through motherhood — lalo na ngayong Christmas season. 🎄✨

Natanggap ako ng gift pero yung wag nakakataas ng sugar. Charot lang. 😂 Pero seryoso, sabay sabay tayo magbawas ng sweets and tamang caloric intake lang ha. 🥙🍇🍎 Hinay hinay sa pakikipag party. Oks?

I will be cancelling my clinic at South City Hospital and Medical Center this coming Saturday, November 29, 2025 because I need to attend a very important school conference of my eldest son that morning. 💙

Family and motherhood are a big part of who I am as a doctor, and I hope you can understand why I need to be present. ☺️

I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and I deeply appreciate your understanding. 🥰 Advise to see me earlier this week na lang or Sunday, I will hold clinic even if thats a holiday. 🌸

Hi mga mamshiebels! Here are the clinic updates for the week. 🏥

📌 No scheduled leave this week and all the way until January 🥰
📌 Extended clinic hours at Birth and Beyond Medical Clinic will continue so we never have to rush and each visit remains calm and comfortable.
📌 Cut-off will still be 30 minutes before clinic closing, so please arrive early ha.

Thank you for your patience and grace whenever you’re in the clinic. I truly value giving each patient personalized and focused care, kaya I appreciate everyone who waits with understanding. Your trust means so much.

Hi everyone! I’ve refined my clinic schedule this week to better accommodate all of you, especially since I was on leave for a week. I truly want to make sure no one feels left behind. 😌

⏰ Updated Hours for Birth and Beyond Medical Clinic.

Tues & Thurs: Earlier start — 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Wed & Sat: Extended hours — 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Important Note:
A 30-minute cut-off is observed each session to ensure we don’t rush consultations and to maintain the quality of care you’ve always known me for. Para din hindi tayo mag overtime sa clinic. And I can do other things after clinic hours. 🥰

Those who’ve been with me for a while know this well, I really dont like rushing. ☺️ I value meaningful conversations, clear explanations, and truly comprehensive care. Gusto ko, every visit feels intentional, comfortable, and worth your time diba?

Hello everyone!

Announcement for tomorrow’s clinic.
November 08, 2025 Saturday

10am to 12nn = South City Hospital
1pm to 4pm = Birth and Beyond

We will have cut off at Birth and Beyond po by 3:30pm.

For patients na needing ng ultrasound, please arrive early (pwede din po as early as 730am para mascan na kayo) if done na kayo ma ultrasound you either wait for me ng 1pm, magpalista na po kayo as consult also or you can visit me sa South City until 12nn nandun ako. Para tapos na tayo sa consult.

If you are for vaccine, IE, new consultation, please be early ha.

After tomorrows consult, next consult na will be November 15, Saturday na po.

Please take extra care itong may paparating na bagyo, we dont know how large this is pero its better to stay home. Iwasan na po muna ang gathering, kung ano anong kinakain, kung ano anong gagawin kasi napakahirap magpa ER. And wala ako this week. Kalma muna kayo sa mga bahay.

Today’s adulting report card:

Bone Density = NORMAL!! 🦴

Yeeeees, kahit pa ilang taon ng puyat, kape, stress, pregnancy, post partum and 7 years of breastfeeding, at milk tea instead of milk — the bones held the line! 😂

Honestly akala ko may tunog na ng maracas pag naglakad ako, but apparently, calcium said “Not today, Doc Denn” 💪🏻 paired with collagen na daw para sa mga naglalagatukan kong joints.

To all my fellow multitasking moms — don’t forget to check your bones!

We take care of everyone else, but our own bones deserve some love too. Yes naman. Lakas maka endorse. Wala po akong ineendose na gamot. Basta mag calcium supplement kayo or consume food with lots of calcium. 🥰

Salamat sa mga patients namin na nagvisit kanina. We will have another Free bone density scanning soon!! Antay antay na lang sa announcements.

Morning. Last day of clinic before the looong weekend. Next clinic po Tuesday na ha. No clinic this Saturday in observance of All Saints’ day.

Anyway, will be running a bit late for today’s clinic. May CS po this morning.

We might start at Birth and Beyond Medical Clinic, Birthing Center and Ultrasound ng mga 11am. Please wait na lang po or have an early lunch. Tapos at Wellpoint Vermosa baka malate na din.

Anyway, until Thursday ang clinic po. Wala namang malayuang lakad, andito lang ako sa tabi tabi just in case maglabor po kayo ng halloween. Magsama sama tayo sa Halloween special. Char.

Sa mga dadalaw sa departed love ones, and ma eexpose sa madaming tao, please wear mask ha. And hydrate.

Magbakasyon din kayo, with extra ingat lang ha. Enjoy this long weekends. 🌟
