As we wrap up the USA 100-Mile National Championship, there has been a new 100 mile World Record set in Kent, England at a track event hosted by Centurion Running.

CONGRATULATIONS to 🇱🇹 Lithuania’s Sania Sorokin for setting a new 100-mile world record in 11:14:56. That’s a 6:45 minute mile. For 100 miles...

🇺🇸 Zach Bitter held the World Record mark of 11:19:13, set in 2019 at Six Days at the Dome.

As stewards of the outdoors, we encourage you to help minimize our sport's impact on the environment:

💥 Carpool to group runs and races whenever possible.

💥 If your run requires masks, opt for high-quality, washable options instead of disposable ones.

💥 Practice Leave No Trace principles and consider taking an LNT course. Pick up garbage and clean up trailhead parking areas.

💥 Volunteer for or organize a trail work or cleanup day.

💥 Support organizations and events that strive to minimize their impact on the environment.

💥 Show gratitude and respect for Mother Nature, who has graciously provided us with the wonderful stage to do what we do.

💥 Share this message with others, especially those who are new to our sport.

🌲 Now get outside and do something rad today! 🌲
