As part of the 18-Day Campaign to End Violence Against Women, the Gender and Development (GAD) Office spearheaded the Free Voluntary HIV/AIDS Testing and Counselling held at the CHMSU-Binalbagan Clinic.
This meaningful initiative was made possible through the collaboration of CHMSU-Binalbagan Health Services, the CHMSU-Binalbagan Campus College Red Cross Youth Volunteers, and the 4th-year BSCRIM OJTs assigned at the clinic, who helped maintain an organized flow and provided essential assistance throughout the event.
The activity aims to strengthen health awareness, encourage early prevention, and highlight the importance of knowing oneβs status, empowering students to make informed and responsible health decisions while promoting a safe and stigma-free environment.
Together, GAD, Health Services, CRCY, and our BSCRIM OJTs remain committed to advocating for accessible health services, supporting womenβs safety, and advancing a respectful and violence-free CHMSU community. π§‘π
