Dropping a bomb with my throwback photos grabe I still remember the struggle of having to apply makeup everyday just to conceal ang mga chismis at naging tambay ng derma pero napagod lang sila kakainject 🙈😂

When I was at my heaviest 2yrs ago..
I tried a lot of exercises from HIIT, boxing, all sorts of cardio... & lahat naman yun nakatulong, pero isa sa mga naging therapeutic sakin whenever I have anxieties is "walking".. Doing a lot of exercises can be overwhelming esp kung bago mo palang ineexplore ang fitness.. Now that we are facing a different norm, by wearing shields and mask, its kinda exhausting to jog.. 😆 So you can start by the basics, walk. Hitting 10,000 or 15,000 steps a day can burn you 300-400calories.. that's quite a lot tapos extra help pa ng fat burner capsule na 💚
Now that I've shared some tips, just be extra extra careful!!! Staying @ home is a must, but sometimes you need to step outside, get some fresh air & remind yourself that you can slay everything bhie!
Will it be easy? Nope.
Worth it? ABSOLUTELY💪🏻
