Patient: 8yo boy
Cause of anterior fractures: patient tripped and accidentally hit his face on the floor
Radiographic analysis/Clinical test: tooth is vital, (-) palpation and percussion, pulp is in good condition (xray)
Treatment: composite restoration (crown build-up)
Patient and his mother left the clinic very satisfied and happy with the end result. 😊🦷
