Being a mom of three came with a lot of challenges and adjustments esp with a velcro baby who loved to feed constantly. Pero hindi ko din naman kayo matiis. Hehehe!

Walang pinipili ang dengue.

Meet Mommy S and Baby A. Baby A is only 2 months old. When i saw her at the clinic for well baby check up, i told them “uso po ang dengue kaya pag naglagnat si baby ng mataas, hindi dumedede, pls inform me immediately.”

When mommy S messaged me that baby A has poor intake and fever, i told her to proceed to the nearest ER. Lo and behold, she tested positive for dengue and uti.

She was admitted immediately. Due to her vulnerable age, she developed severe dengue. During her hospital admission, i was also admitted due to preterm labor. Hence, i asked Dr. Elle Barit Orpilla’s help. Together, we managed her case and she was discharged well and improved.

Meet our youngest dengue severe patient — this little warrior is truly a blessing. 💕 Thanks to her parents’ vigilance and quick action, we were able to catch her condition just in time. Now she’s safe, healthy, and smiling in our arms. 🌸
