We meet our friends to help us change and grow. They are the ones to call us even in our darkest times and our backbone for when life becomes tougher. We cannot live a life of fulfillment without friends around us.

Be a friend to someone because true friends will never leave you alone and will help you get out of closed doors.

We RUOK, aims to show how good friends relieve stress, provide comfort and joy, and prevent loneliness and isolation. Your friends are never above you nor below you, they're always beside you.

Always ask your friends "Are you okay?" and reach out to them if you feel that there is something that bothers them. Make them feel that they are not alone. This is our humble request from us to you.

Do you miss hanging out with your friends? Do you miss laughing all day with them? 🤔

I guess we all miss our friends and wish everyday for this pandemic to end so we can get back to the good old days and enjoy the outside world again.

With all the problems we had faced yesterday, the challenges we are facing today, and the obstacles we will face tomorrow, it is important for us to have our friends by our side. Know that loneliness is one of the biggest factors that contributes to a person to feel depressed, so it is important to make our friends feel special. Tell them that they are not alone and spend your time together so that both of you can make life worth living. Having friends is one of the best moments of life, they support us in our mental wellbeing. If you see them struggling, understand what they’re feeling, comfort them not by your mind but by your heart, help them recover, and don’t ever leave them. Over all, remember that our friends are gifts from above, know that there will always be a reason why your friends come into your life, either you need them to change your life or you’re the one that will change theirs.

To anyone who’s struggling right now with their mental and emotional health, we want to remind you that there are people beside you that will help you recover and will lift you up, don’t fight your battle alone, we’re all in this together.✨

Hi, RUOK?

This may seem like a simple abbreviation which stands for "are you okay?", but we wanted this page to serve as a resting place for your minds, so that you could be relieved of stress, and so you could have a little more insight on how to manage your stress as well. With this in mind, we came up with a hidden meaning for the title, which is to say "rest up, okay?", because there's no better way for stress relief than a little bit of time for yourself. This is our humble request from us to you.
