Problems with memory, attention and decision-making, increasing the possibility of having illnesses as drug abuse can weaken the immune system. Drugs also have an effect on a person's behavior. They tend to be aggressive, loss of self-control, impulsive, they often hallucinates, and experience several mood swings.
It is important to have a drug-free community as this will affect the community in a positive way. Members of drug-free community are more likely to have good relationship with each other. Being free from drugs also helps the community to be more safe from crimes. A drug-free community is essential for promoting the well-being of individuals, fostering safety and security, encouraging productivity, and creating a positive environment for growth and development.
