During the activity, RHU Pangantucan shared its initiatives and innovations in health service delivery, including the integration of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and other strategies designed to ensure accessible, efficient, and community-centered health care. September 4, 2025 | The Department of Health’s Regulations, Licensing, and Enforcement Division (RLED) conducted an inspection at the Rural Health Unit of Pangantucan. The inspection focused on evaluating the facility’s compliance with established standards and the overall delivery of primary health care services.

This assessment is part of ongoing efforts to uphold quality, safety, and efficiency in health care services accessible to the community.

The Rural Health Unit acknowledges the DOH RLED team for their constructive feedback and support in enhancing health care services for the residents of Pangantucan.

✅ Pag-iwas sa paghawak ng mukha (mata, ilong, bibig)

𝟐𝟏 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 | The Survey of Free-Standing Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Centers was successfully conducted at the RHU Conference Room, Poblacion, Pangantucan, Bukidnon.

The activity commenced with a warm welcome message from our Municipal Health Officer, Dr. Roston G. Garces, followed by an insightful presentation on the RHU Pangantucan Physical Rehabilitation Section presented by Mr. Dick Herly R. Carskit, LGU Physical Therapist. The survey proper was then carried out by the PhilHealth Central Team.

The activity focused on assessing the status of rehabilitation services, improving access, and aligning local practices with national health standards. The session concluded with a feedback discussion and active engagement to further strengthen the delivery of rehabilitation care.

Together with PhilHealth, we remain committed to ensuring accessible, inclusive, and quality rehabilitation services for all. 💚💛

𝟏𝟔 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 | The Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) conducted a comprehensive fire safety inspection at the Rural Health Unit (RHU) of Pangantucan. The activity aimed to assess the facility’s compliance with fire safety protocols, identify potential hazards, and ensure the safety of both healthcare workers and clients. This initiative underscores the commitment of both the BFP and RHU Pangantucan to maintaining a safe and secure environment conducive to the effective delivery of essential health services. A certificate was subsequently issued after the facility successfully met the fire safety standards set by the Bureau of Fire Protection.

𝟏𝟓 𝐌𝐚𝐲 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟓 | A meaningful Consultative Meeting was held at the RHU Conference Room, Everlasting Village, Poblacion, Pangantucan, Bukidnon, to strengthen the implementation of RA 116481 (Women and Children Protection) and RA 11596 (Prohibition of Child Marriage).

Invited guests from the Provincial Health Office, PNP, PGO, and PSWD joined the discussion, alongside the active participation of DepEd and local offices of LGU Pangantucan, fostering multisectoral collaboration for a safer and more inclusive community.
