Ang pagkilalang ito ay isang pagpapakita ng malakas na ugnayan sa pagitan ng lokal na pamahalaan at ng mga sektor ng kabataan sa Pangasinan.

Sa ilalim ng liderato ni Governor Ramon "Mon-Mon" Guico III, katuwang si Sir Marvin Perez - PSWDO Pangasinan, binibigyang-diin ng probinsya na ang paghahanda sa sakuna at climate change ay hindi lamang responsibilidad ng mga eksperto, kundi pati na rin ng mga kabataang lider.

Ang pagpapadala ng Probinsya ng Pangasinan, kay Mr. Mark Anthony Tabucol-Baltazar bilang kinatawan ay patunay na ang FPOP Pangasinan ay katuwang ng pamahalaan sa pagbuo ng mga komunidad na matatag at handa sa hamon ng kalikasan. Sa pamamagitan ng programang STRENGTHENING INSTITUTIONS and EMPOWERING LOCALITIES AGAINTS DISASTERS AND CLIMATE CHANGE ( S.H.I.EL.D ) ay mas napapalawak ang kaalaman at kakayahan ng ating mga institusyon na protektahan ang bawat Pangasinense laban sa banta ng kalamidad.

Sk Leet and Fpop Partnership ! ✊🏻

HIV & AIDS Awareness | Teenage Pregnancy Prevention | Anti-Bullying Initiative

Knowledge is power. Awareness saves lives.
This campaign urges every youth to not only be equipped with education, to take responsibility, and to show empathy. The importance of education related to HIV and AIDS shows us the significance of staying safe, the importance of getting checked frequently, as well as overcoming stigma through proper awareness. The factor of preventing teen pregnancy shows us that our dreams, aims, and future actually matter.

Nevertheless, we also firmly believe in resisting bullying in all forms. Not a single person deserves to be judged, put down, or shut out. A safe and nurturing community must start with a spirit of kindness, compassion, and a willingness to stand up for each other.
This project is all about: lives, youth empowerment, and mutual respect. Let us, together, opt for awareness and not ignorance, responsibility and not risk, kindness and not cruelty. All of us can start a healthier, safer, and more compassionate community.

Our sincerest appreciation and gratitude extend to Hon. Jessica B. Paulino, Chairperson of SK Leet; Hon. Erlinda V. The recent surge of social media content questioning the validity of people’s SOGIESC, particularly targeting trans women, g**s, and le****ns, reveals deep-seated social and cultural biases rooted in heteronormativity, patriarchy, and s*xism. This then reinforces long-standing misinformation and moral policing of bodies, identities, desires, and understanding of s*xualities causing systemic injustices against individuals and communities.

Kabataang FPOP unequivocally affirms that trans women are women. Womanhood is experienced in varied and legitimate ways. Attempts to delegitimize trans women rely on rigid and exclusionary understandings of s*x and gender that deny people their dignity, safety, and autonomy. We also vehemently condemn the notion that s*xuality can be “factory reset” through coerced conversion or heteros*xual s*xual experiences. These harmful ideas perpetuate misogyny, corrective violence, the erasure of diverse gender identities, and belief that the fluidity of gender and s*xuality is a justification for forced conversion therapies. Sexual orientation is not a mistake to be corrected nor a stage to be outgrown, but rather a valid and fluid identification to be decided by one's self.

Kabataang FPOP, as national organization of young advocates for s*xual and reproductive health, rights, and justice (SRHRJ), and FPOP stand firm in resisting misinformation and discrimination in all its forms. We reaffirm our position in continuously advocating for Comprehensive Sexuality Education (CSE) and other accessible avenues for scientific, accurate, and culturally sensitive information among our peers. This education is a crucial step toward unlearning prejudice, eradicating gender injustice, and cultivating respect, consent, and acceptance.

We call for and advocate for education that empowers, affirms diversity, uproots biases, and ensures that SRHRJ is for all!

Isang Hakbang Para sa Kalusugan at Serbisyo

Isang makabuluhang pagtatagpo ang naganap sa isinagawang courtesy call kay Dr. Michael Angelo Gille , RN, MD, isang kilalang Australian-Philippines Physician. Ang pagtitipong ito ay dinaluhan nina Monaliza R. Dizon (Chapter Program Manager), Marilou Roquita, RN (Chapter Nurse), Ramvick R. Cortez, RN (Project Field Coordinator), at Mark Anthony T. Baltazar (FPOP Youth President).

Layunin ng pagbisitang ito na patatagin ang ugnayan at palawakin ang mga adhikain para sa ikabubuti ng ating komunidad. Sa pamamagitan ng pagpapalitan ng mga ideya at karanasan, mas lalong nag-alab ang dedikasyon ng bawat isa na magsilbi nang may puso at husay. Ang pagsasanib-puwersa ng iba't ibang sektor—mula sa pamunuan, nars, hanggang sa kabataan—ay patunay na mas malayo ang ating mararating kung tayo ay magkakaisa.

Tunay na isang inspirasyon si Dr. Gille sa kanyang walang sawang pagsuporta sa mga programang pangkalusugan. Inaasahan ang mas marami pang proyekto na magbibigay-daan sa mas malusog at masiglang kinabukasan para sa lahat.

Nagkakaisang Lakas para sa Kalusugan at Karapatan! ✊⚧️

Isang makasaysayang paghakbang ang naganap sa pagitan ng Kabataang FPOP Pangasinan sa Pangunguna ni Mark Anthony T. Baltazar - Youth Chairperson & FPOP Youth Volunteer at ng Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) ng Barangay Leet, Santa Barbara, Pangasinan sa pangunguna ni SK Chairman Hon. Jessica Batistiana Paulino, SK Kgwd Jhon Raymond Eslava & SK Councils .

Sa pamamagitan ng isang matatag na partnership, pormal nating sinisimulan ang mga inisyatiba at aktibidad na nakatuon sa Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights (SRHR).

Layunin ng pagtutulungang ito na bigyan ang mga Kabataan partikular ang mga taga Leet ng tamang kaalaman, ligtas na espasyo, at boses pagdating sa kanilang pangangatawan at karapatan. Naniniwala kami na ang impormadong kabataan ay isang empowered na kabataan.

Sa pag-iisa ng adbokasiya ng FPOP at ng dedikasyon ng SK Leet, asahan ang mga serye ng workshops at usapan na magpapatibay sa ating komunidad.

Walang maiiwan, dahil ang kalusugan at karapatan ay para sa lahat!

Bago magtapos ang Taon 2025, nais naming ibahagi ang mga naging makabuluhang Partnership ng Kabataang FPOP Pangasinan Chapter. Sa bawat gawain, proyekto, at adbokasiya, pinatunayan ninyo na mas nagiging makapangyarihan ang serbisyo kapag tayo ay nagkakaisa.

Lubos ang aming pasasalamat sa lahat ng organisasyon, lider, volunteers, at kabataang nakasama namin sa mga aktibidad na nagbigay inspirasyon, pag-asa, at tunay na pagbabago sa komunidad.

Ang inyong tiwala at suporta ang naging lakas namin upang magpatuloy. Sama-sama nating ipagpapatuloy ang misyon ng pagkakaisa, paglilingkod, at malasakit para sa mas maliwanag na kinabukasan ng kabataan at ng buong Pangasinan, ngayong darating pang taon.
