✨ We are thrilled to announce our Little Sprouties are ready to shine in the runway "A magical Adventure 2" in collaboration with RunwayAtelier. When these two great brands join forces, magic happens. ✨

✅ Building Confidence and Self-Esteem: Walking in front of an audience, with all eyes and cameras on them, helps children overcome shyness and stage fright, fostering a sense of self-assurance and positive self-image.

✅ Developing Social and Communication Skills: Children interact and collaborate with event organizers, designers, stylists, and other young models. This teaches them teamwork, effective communication, and the ability to take direction from adults other than their parents.

✅Cultivating Discipline and Professionalism: The process involves commitment to rehearsals, and fittings. Adhering to these professional expectations teaches children the importance of punctuality, responsibility, and a strong work ethic.

✅ Encouraging Creativity and Self-Expression: Fashion is an art form, and participating in runway shows allows children to experiment with different styles, clothing, and personas. This experience nurtures their imagination and helps them develop their own unique style and individuality.

✅ Learning to handle disappointment and move forward with a positive outlook is a valuable life skill that builds resilience.

✅ Creating Memories and Unique Experiences: The experience offers children unique opportunities they might not have otherwise, such as meeting new people, traveling, and being part of an exciting event, which creates lasting memories.

Ultimately, our goal is to provide a platform for children to grow emotionally, socially, and creatively, equipping them with valuable life skills that extend far beyond the runway. 🤗💕🎥

Tracing letters: is it beneficial?

If parents are not to focus too much on tracing for learning letter formation. If they think about it, tracing can slow down writing & interfere with motor pattern formation! To put things into perspective, try tracing a random font. You’ll most likely find it takes a lot longer, you focus too much on staying perfectly in line, & it doesn’t feel natural.

What can you do instead? In addition to repetitive practice with copying letters, try:

🎨 Multisensory activities! Model forming the letter, then have them copy the letter in sand, shaving cream, putty etc. The Pre-writing & Letter Road Tracing Mats are perfect for working on letter recognition, finger tracing, toy car “driving,” dough mats, & more!

👆🏼 Do a different type of tracing, without the pencil! Air trace with arms or finger trace.

🔨 Build letters with popsicle sticks, putty, etc, get creative!

👩🏼‍🏫 Teach in groups based off of how they are formed!

🗣 Using verbal directional cues or “verbal pathways” for supporting recall of letter formation.
