✨ Modern Healing for the Modern Soul ✨
This Reiki Energy Healing Class will be deeply focused on the physical body and its connection to our daily lives.
Reiki is energy medicine for the modern soul—using gentle, hands-on healing techniques to recharge the body, calm the mind, and restore balance from the inside out. ✨
This class will focus on:
✨ Understanding how your chakras influence overall well-being
✨ Exploring the link between emotions and physical health
✨ Learning how energy blockages affect the body
✨ Using Reiki techniques to release, balance, and restore your natural healing flow
From my own experience and what I’ve seen in clients, I’ve decided to add this series after the Reiki proper. Additional attunements focusing on the back/spine and joint care, as well as hormonal balance and skin health — the areas most affected by the stresses and energy shifts of our time.
Each session runs for 2 hours, starting this Thursday, and will continue weekly until the workshop is complete. This setup is designed to accommodate working individuals, pregnant mommas, and those with special needs, allowing you to go at a gentle, grounded pace.

🌸 For Reiki Practitioners: You may join the Body Care Attunements on the last day for ₱3,333.
