Massage therapist/Beauty therapist
Duties & Responsibilities
● Keep tidy and clean the salon
● Develop good customer relations, Respond promptly, adequately & professionally to customers' questions, needs and wants.
● Propose appropriate treatments to Company's clients based on their needs.
● Perform the work required of a front-desk executive including but not limited
● Registration of new customers and update of existing customers information.
● Answering phone calls and assist customers with their enquiries.
● Scheduling of appointment for clients.
● Processing of payments by customers
● Basic housekeeping to maintain the cleanliness of the outlet.
● Perform inventory replenishment as and when needed.
Qualifications:
College Graduate, High school grad
Minimum of 1 year experience in Spa and wellness
Knowledge in beauty aesthetic is a plus
With tesda certificate
