Good news! The Peria Dental Clinic will resume its operations starting next week, June 01, 2020.
We will be implementing new rules to ensure the safety of everyone in the "new normal."
All patients who want to set their appointments with our clinic must:
1. Fill up the patient screening form.

On the day of the appointment, you are required to:
1. Wear a facemask. No face mask, no entry.
2. Sanitize your hands.
3. Have your temperature checked.
4. Maintain social distancing.
5. Be on time. An appointment will be specially reserved for you only. No same day cancellation
6. Pay via BPI transfer or gcash
NOTE: Companions will not be allowed, EXCEPT for patients who are senior citizens or minors (one companion only).
Please expect that there will also be a price increase on our services due to the adjustment in our protocol.
