Qualifications are as follows:

- At least 1 to 2 years experience with Training and OD.
- Knowledgeable with OD programs and intervention
- With facilitation skills
- Adept with MS Office programs (PowerPoint, Word, & Excel)
- Experience in developing and implementing OD programs and intervention is an edge
- Preferably knowledgeable with the use of any Adobe Creative Suite programs
- Creative and service-oriented

- Registered Nurses or Under-board can be considered for the position.
