We need you in our team!

We’re looking for a CLINIC COORDINATOR (Mental Health Services) to support our clinic at Tektite Tower Ortigas:

- Good technical proficiency in Google & Microsoft Suites
-Bachelor's degree in communication, business, hospitality services or related field
- At least 1-2 years experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino
- Willing to report to Ortigas Center Pasig clinic (hybrid schedule)
- Preferably residing in Pasig, Mandaluyong or Quezon City

Feeling overwhelmed isn’t a sign of failure, it’s a signal that your emotions are overextended and need support. Dialectical Behavior Therapy teaches us not to shut emotions down, but to move with them without losing control. It’s about understanding why they’re there and responding with intention rather than reacting on impulse.

If you are already shortlisted in our DBT individual program, there is the option to enroll with our DBT groups which are also effective in addressing a range of mental health concerns, including:

- Mood Disorders (such as Depression and Bipolar I & II)
- Anxiety Disorders
- ADHD
- Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)
