Green City Medical Center in Pampanga organized the recent ๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ณ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ญ๐ฌ๐ญ event, as HIMEX joined participants from Central Luzon (Region 3) in helping advance innovation and compassion in multidisciplinary cancer care. With the primary theme on empowering healthcare and human lives in a symposium beyond cancer cure, the conference also empowered primary care physicians with cutting-edge knowledge and practical strategies, among others, in elevating the standard of cancer care across communities.
During the event, ๐๐ฟ. ๐๐ฒ๐ผ ๐๐ผ๐ฏ๐ฟ๐ถ๐ฑ๐ผ, HIMEX Business Lead, Cardiac Imaging and Cancer Treatment, highlighted the importance of diagnostic imaging as a tool in identifying cancer, as well as the significance of ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐๐ผ๐ป ๐ฏ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐บ ๐๐ฒ๐ฐ๐ต๐ป๐ผ๐น๐ผ๐ด๐ during the same event at Green City Medical in San Fernando, Pampanga on November 27. He also invited and encouraged doctors to attend the Asia-Oceania Particle Therapy Cooperative Group (PTCOG-AO) in providing optimal particle therapy solutions, through a harmonized effort among particle therapy specialists for patients with the need for the most advanced cancer treatment.

Among the clinical benefits of proton beam therapy is its technological innovation in treating a variety of cancers, albeit leading to fewer side effects and reducing adverse events compared to conventional radiotherapy.
