Rest in peace to our Charter President and former Governor, Licurgo 'Curging' Tirador. It is a profound irony of fate that as we gathered to celebrate our 50th Golden Anniversary this February 14, 2026, he was fighting his final battle in the hospital. Even then, his spirit remained the heartbeat of our celebration. We are forever grateful for the leadership, strength, and vision he gifted us. He stayed just long enough to see his legacy reach its half-century mark—a final act of devotion to the organization he helped build.
Our thoughts and prayers are with the Tirador family. We share in your grief, but we also share in the immense pride of having known such a visionary leader.
