Ensuring Dedicated Care for You and Your Little One 🤱🤱🤱👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️👩‍⚕️

To provide the in-depth support every mom and baby dyad deserves, Dr. Joanne Gallardo dedicates 30 to 90 minutes to every consultation. Because these sessions are comprehensive and highly personalized, we utilize a specific time-slot system.

To help us serve everyone effectively, please keep the following in mind:

Punctuality is Key: Your appointment is reserved exclusively for you. If you arrive late, we will still need to end on time to respect the next family’s slot. Walk-ins are only accomodated after all booked patients have been served.

Confirm Your Visit: Please confirm your attendance promptly. This ensures that unused slots can be offered to other families waiting for timely support.

Communicate: In case of any mishaps on scheduling, tardiness beyond 30 minutes or unexpected cancellations, please do message us promptly. We reserve the right to move your schedule to the last available slot of the same day or another consultation date.

Thank you for helping us provide the best care possible! 🩺✨

Hi Baby!🥰 Titig ka lang kay Tita Doc!😁

Studies in developmental psychology have found that babies tend to look longer at faces adults rate as more attractive and lose interest more quickly in faces rated as less attractive.

Researchers say this suggests basic preferences for certain facial features may appear very early in human development.

This is why I tell moms that if they want to maintain or increase their milk supply, feed the baby even at night.

Did you know that night feedings play an integral role in overall milk supply?
[Image Description] Photo of an infant sleeping, arms sprawled. Text reads, Did you know that you produce the most milk at night? It can be tempting to avoid night feeding or have someone else feed the baby so you can get sleep. It can help to remember that prolactin levels are higher at night and the hormonal response to baby suckling is even stronger than during the day. That's a winning combination for maximizing milk production.

Here’s the reason why we cannot reply to your messages, especially on Sundays.😊

For those who do not know, both Ms Yasmin and I are worship leaders in our respective churches and we always love to put God first. A blessed start to the coming week. 😊
