Let’s chat about carrier oils!

Carrier oils are fatty oils that are used to dilute recipes and help to slow down the absorption of the essential oils into our skin! There are lots of different types of carriers to choose from. You may choose different carriers depending on what sort of recipe you’re making. For facial serums etc, choose something like jojoba or sweet almond. For rollers or recipes for your body, almost any carrier would work perfectly!

I often use grapeseed oil for my rollers, but I also love V-6 because it’s so easy to add to roller bottles with the pump top on it!
