Kick off the year with our fitness program, Exceed Yourself, and turn your wellness goals into action. This program offers a great opportunity to stay active, boost your energy, and enjoy exercising in a supportive and motivating environment.

POUND FITNESS (Every Monday and Thursday, 5:15โ6:15 PM)
A high-energy workout that combines cardio, strength, and conditioning, set to the infectious rhythm of drumming, led by Coach Diane Fabros.
MUAY THAI (Every Tuesday and Friday, 5:15โ6:15 PM)
Build strength, agility, and self-discipline through ancient Thai defensive and battlefield techniques, led by Coach JP Buduan.
POWER BOXING (Every Tuesday, 5:15โ6:15 PM)
Gain strength, speed, and agility to improve overall fitness, coordination, and endurance, while learning effective power-punching techniques with Coach Ryan Gialogo.
VINYASA YOGA (Every Tuesday and Friday, 5:15โ6:15 PM)
Promotes flexibility, strength, and mindfulness by creating a moving meditation that enhances both physical and mental well-being, led by Coach Ma. Naomi Tan-Mabasa.
CROSSFIT TRAINING (Every Wednesday and Friday, 5:15โ6:15 PM)
Engage in varied, functional movements performed at high intensity to help participants achieve their personal fitness goals, led by Coach Dino Mercado.

โExceed Yourselfโ is a collaborative program spearheaded by the Office of the University Physician and Clinic, in partnership with the Higher Education Physical Education Programs, the Office of the Assistant Vice President for Health, Care, and Well-being, and the HE Office of Health Services (College). It is conducted in collaboration with the Ateneo Food Safety and Nutrition Advisory Council (AFSNAC) and supported by various unit offices and college student organizations, including the Ateneo Institute of Sustainability (AIS), Sanggunian ng mga Mag-aaral ng Paaralang Loyola ng Ateneo de Manila (SANGGUNIAN), Pre-Medical Society of Ateneo (PMSA), Health Sciences Society (HSS), Council of Organizations of the Ateneo (COA), Ateneo Biological Association (Ateneo BOX), Ateneo Resident Students Association (ARSA), Fitness Improvement Team (FIT), and Ateneo Peers.
