iNOVano Manufacturing Company is a new business venture that is capable of producing healthy type fruit jam, and caters the demand of not only the health conscious persons and also the people who wants to try the taste of the product. The company maangement chose the said location by considering three (3) general factors and these are the following: (1) availability of the raw materials, (2) accessibility of transportation and distribution of the products, (3) economic stability. These three general factors are considered because they are the indicators in determining a good location for the project. The said location is near to Balintawak Market where the raw materials are available. It is easy for the company to buy raw materials due to its distance and its travel time. In addition, the company engaged to another suppliers referred by the main supplier in Balintawak area. It’s a good indicator to start a business implementation on the said location because it has a good combination of economy. The Quezon City is considered as one of the most progressive cities in National Capital Region. Its economy is a good combination of agriculture, aquaculture, tourism and commercial industries.
After challenges began to spread during the plan of the business, a lot of work and effort has been done thoroughly. Two consecutive big events of defense started to challenge the probability of the company and became a test ground to accomplish and able to surpass. A year after, big challenges encountered iNOVAno Manufacturing Company still written a promise to pursue the business and the product “JamNabano” in Implementation I. iNOVano Manufacturing Company is a new business venture that is capable of producing healthy type fruit jam, and caters the demand of not only the health conscious persons and also the people who wants to try the taste of the product.
The product ‘’JamNabano’’, a SOURSOP (GUYABANO) JAM is directly manufactured by iNOVAno Manufacturing Company. During implementation I, the company decided to develop another product line extension to support the distribution of Jamnabano product. Furthermore, the company originally manufactured a new flavored-jam from mango fruit juice and began to manufacture and totally distributed to stores and target consumers.
The logo, the design, the color and the tagline shown above signifies the nature and the name of the company and the product including its objective.
In accordance with management firms are as follows: the executive management which in control by general manager, the marketing department controlled by marketing head and supported by its own staffs, and the production department which is controlled by the head of production and its staff.
