INFLUENZA-LIKE ILLNESS (FLU) SURVEILLANCE UPDATE

Umabot na sa 2,070 ang kaso ng INFLUENZA-LIKE ILLNESS (ILI) sa Quezon City mula January 1 hanggang October 13, 2025. Mas mataas ito ng 67% kumpara sa kaso noong 2024 sa kaparehong panahon. Mga batang labing apat (14) na taong gulang pababa ang pinakaapektado ng sakit na ito (1,348 cases).

Narito ang ilang paalala para makaiwas sa flu:

🧼 𝐏𝐚𝐥𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐠𝐡𝐮𝐠𝐚𝐬 𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐚𝐦𝐚𝐲 gamit ang sabon at malinis na tubig.
😷 𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐬𝐮𝐨𝐭 𝐧𝐠 𝐟𝐚𝐜𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐤 lalo na kung may ubo o sipon.
🤧 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐩𝐚𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐢𝐥𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐭 𝐛𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐠 kapag umuubo o bumabahing.
🍲 𝐊𝐮𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐲𝐚𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐚𝐠𝐤𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐚𝐭 𝐮𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐦 𝐧𝐠 𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐚𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐮𝐛𝐢𝐠 para lumakas ang resistensya.

Kumonsulta agad sa pinakamalapit na health center kung makaramdam ng sintomas ng flu.

"NO" to fake Medical Certificates

PAALALA SA PUBLIKO

Napag-alaman ng Quezon City Health Department (QCHD) na may mga indibidwal na gumagawa at nagbebenta ng pekeng medical certificate. Mahigpit naming pinaaalalahanan ang lahat na bawal ang paggawa at paggamit ng mga pekeng dokumentong ito. Ang medical certificate na ibinibigay ng ating 67 health centers ay LIBRE.

Ang pamemeke o pag-edit ng medical certificate ay isang paglabag sa Article 172 ng Revised Penal Code at maaari ring masaklaw ng Republic Act No. 11332 o Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases.

Pinapaalalahanan din ang lahat ng kumpanya at institusyon na suriin ang mga medical certificate na isinusumite sa kanila. Lahat ng dokumentong galing sa ating health centers ay mayroong Unique Facility Control Number na nagsasaad kung saan ito inilabas.

Kung nais mag-verify o mag-report ng kahina-hinalang dokumento, maaaring makipag-ugnayan sa QCHD sa pamamagitan ng cityhealth@quezoncity.gov.ph, sa Quezon City Health Department Official page, o sa telepono bilang 8988-4242 loc. 1607.
