Met Raquel of Mama Chows yesterday; they provided snacks and lunch and I bought a box of their lactation cookies. They are so wonderful and full of good things for nursing mamas to boost milk supply; fenugreek, flax... and they are just the right amount of sweetness without being overwhelming. YUM! Love 'em!
