LOOK | 2nd Day of Training/Refresher - PKM-SRU ⛑️

🌍 Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban Campus📍
🕰️ 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Another meaningful and productive day filled with learning, teamwork, and hands-on experience. Our PKM-SRU members are continuously sharpening their life-saving skills through the Basic Life Support (BLS) Training.

Every session brings us closer to our goal to serve with readiness, heart, and a spirit of volunteerism. 🫶

This isn’t just about passing tests or earning certificates; it’s about building confidence and skills that can truly make a difference in someone’s life. We are proud to say we have the best team for this organization.

We had two types of assessments a Written Exam and an Actual Simulation of response in one scenario. The members, divided into 3 groups of 7, actively engaged in applying their first aid knowledge and skills.

This training aims to strengthen our capacity to be prepared for any emergency, especially in unforeseen situations like earthquakes.

📢 FACE MASK POLICY WITHIN THE COLLEGE 😷

In view of the LGU Mauban HRMO Memorandum dated October 16, 2025, mandating the use of face masks for all LGU employees due to the rise in Influenza-like Illness (ILI) cases, the College President, Dr. Fe D. Nava, has adopted the same policy within the College to support its intended objective.

Accordingly, all PKM students are required to wear face masks while inside the campus, effective immediately.

Let us continue to do our part in maintaining a safe and healthy learning environment. 💚

The PKM Students Response Unit (SRU) successfully conducted its Orientation and Training/Refresher on Basic Life Support (BLS) with Guest Lecturers from MDRRMO Mauban.

This hands-on training empowered SRU members with the essential knowledge and life-saving skills needed to respond effectively to emergencies and unforeseen situations within the school.☝️⛑️

PKM-SRU aspirants/members learned vital techniques on first aid, CPR, and emergency response, strengthening their ability to act quickly, calmly, and confidently when every second counts.⛑️🫶

Through this initiative, the organization continues to uphold its mission of readiness, discipline, and service — embodying the true spirit of volunteerism and preparedness.🙌☝️⛑️
